Monday Blues
For this scale exaggerated project, I decided to reflect on the need of a " pick me up" on the days that are more challenging than others, typically Mondays. I like to have a hot caffeinated beverage in my favorite mug which visually represents my mood for the morning/ day. Not only does the mug represent my emotions, but it also resembles the feelings it would have if it had a mind of its own; tired and annoyed from being used on my grumpy days. I scaled myself down to reflect on my emotions for the day and slightly scaled my mug up to represent its importance. The Folger's coffee figuratively shows the need for help by something caffeinated to get me through the day.
