For my concept I wanted to create a visual journey from the food's origin to the refrigerator to our kitchen tables. I know as a kid I saw food as something that just appears in the refrigerator without much thought. Transportation connects farms, processing facilities, distribution centers and then to our homes. The railroad becomes a symbol of that connection.
